macro side

haha, i find this comic piece really funny! just hits me! yeah... everything about the comic strip is true. the earth is hurling through space, orbiting the sun and also spinning on it's axis. but the thing is, we who inhabit this world, don't really feel that it is. we are not aware that it is happening real time, or rather, we are ignorant about the truth. Makes me think even more deeper that many times we look at things in such a way that we don't understand... we are so focused on the micro and selfishly at our own being that we do not care or even want to come to understand the macro side of things. when we zoom out from our tiny lives, our house, our neighbourhood, our state, our country, the world, the earth, the universe, then only we 'might' and i say it again, we just might come to understand a tad bit more that the world does not exist merely for us alone. oh well, at least i'm enjoying it for the moment, before life catches up on me again on monday. it's back to the grinder. aihh... =P
