nooo! it's not a post on the rolling stones... just liked the black and white poster! so old school lah... and i like! hehe, and now that i've got your attention... we'll move on to other related stone topics ok? =)

Matthew 17:19-21 (New International Version)
19 Then the disciples came to Jesus in private and asked, "Why couldn't we drive it out?" 20 He replied, "Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." 21 But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.

man is this piece of scripture powerful! indeed! the disciples couldn't cast out the demon from this kid, and Jesus rebuked the demon and it went out of him. the disciples asked Jesus why they couldn't and yeah... we all know are already so well versed with the mustard seed scripture right? don't we always constantly look at things in our lives, our circumstances... always searching for a breakthrough in our very own personal LIFE? we've come across plenty of "have faith bro!" and the famous mustard seed scripture, so much so that when things don't work out, or when we don't find our answers... we begin to question about our Faith in God? you see... many of us expect God to come and sweep us off our feet and answer all our prayers and make our lives much better, taking us past storms and bringing us to that breakthrough we need! YES! God can do that for us, but many a times we over look the fact that FAITH comes from hearing the word of God which literally means we need to contantly read the word of God and do our devotions... and in verse 21 it says, 'But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.' yes! just a small mustard seed moves mountains but that comes from our prayer and fasting, setting our lives straight and living the life that is not of this world, not of our flesh but of the spirit. so, may i encourage all of you who reads this... to fast and pray this season, and may we be equiped with that tiny mustard seed when the need arises and when the time comes. so may i leave you with this, 'The man who removes a mountain begins by carrying away small stones.' so what are the small stones in your life today? cheers
